Ted (2012)
If you can sit through the sexist, racist and very predictable script - then you MAY get a couple of laughs.

Life of Pi (2012)
A very pretty visual movie, if you can stomach the moral of story.
Madagascar 3: Europe's Most Wanted (2012)
The charm in the series is lost with this movie. The antagonist is very uncaptivating, the situations are based mostly on action intensity, the list can go on. I loved the former movies, but this instance was so bad, I couldn't finish it.
Where Do We Go Now? (2011)
Exceptional movie that blends serious issues with a dose of warm humour. Must see!
I love chris rock. I love the message he is trying to get out. But it is too obvious, or rather, the documentary tries too hard to move me emotionally. It was also clear which characters were favorites and was portrayed to appear good. I'd like to have seen the movemaker think along other lines than "we are black, we should buy only products from blacks" and try to problemitize the gender roles instead of cementing them further.
Thing is, I didn't have high expectations when watching the movie. I was expecting laughs really. And I didn't even get that.
